Our Story

Trinity Grace Church (formerly Origins Church) is a progressive Christian Church in New York City committed to joining God in the renewal of all things.

We are one church community that consists of several neighborhood churches (UPPER WEST SIDE / UPPER EAST SIDE / CHELSEA / BROOKLYN) that network together for the common good and renewal of our city. Our churches are diverse, comprising professionals, families, students and artists.

We seek to live the teachings of Jesus in the culture and context of the city, and value truth, beauty, community, justice and love.

Each neighborhood church is built on a network of smaller missional communities and lifegroups that meet throughout each neighborhood, then gather weekly to share how the kingdom of God has become a reality in their lives. Our vision is to be the church, not simply attend it.

Every several weeks all our neighborhood churches come together to cry out for a fresh work of God in our city. We invite you to join us in week God through prayer and worship at these citywide gatherings.
